# Introduction

Solido is where DeFi meets automation. Built on Supra, it delivers the core financial primitives that power Supra's AutoFi stack. 

* **Flow – Liquid staking for $SUPRA**\
  Stake $SUPRA, earn validator rewards, and receive $stSUPRA — a liquid staking token that stays usable across DeFi.
* **Cash – Stablecoins without interest**\
  Lock cryptocurrencies and yield-bearing assets to mint $CASH, a USD-pegged stablecoin, at a fixed one-time fee instead of recurring interest.
* **Grow – Automated yield layer**\
  Deposit $CASH to mint $bCASH, a yield-bearing token that compounds rewards while keeping liquidity unlocked. 

Together, these primitives go beyond standalone products — forming a self-directing liquidity engine where capital flows intelligently, guided in real time by Supra’s AutoVault and AutoRisk systems. Read more in our litepaper.
